ZENITH does not provide investment advice. The cert artifact is record-keeping evidence under § 23 WpIG, not a § 15 service offering. Personalized matching (G2b) is implemented but feature-flagged off pending arms-length BaFin confirmation of the architectural boundary; operators verify the disabled state via the public feature-state endpoint without contacting ZENITH.

Bostraion is the institutional house; ZENITH AG (Germany) and ZENITH DMCC (Dubai) are the operating entities. AX41 (Falkenstein) is staging-class infrastructure under the same operational discipline (three-signal §8.5 deploy contract; two consecutive soak verdicts on record).
